Adequate but Noticeably Flawed Stay

I found a few issues. The night shift receptionist initially wanted to charge extra for a towel. I noticed also there were no face towels provided, just the larger shower towels. The ground floor entrance seemed quite messy and had a distinct odor. These things affected my overall impression.

The room was quite simple, YET it had every piece of equipment i needed. The location could not be better. Right in the middle of Chinatown, it's also super near a subway station. The shower was AMAZING!!!

the location is very central, it is near train stations, restaurants, and shops. the beds was large and very comfortable for me.

the toilet and shower area didn't felt private, there was only a blurring strip through the middle of the windows. i seemed like people can see me shower.
